Connecting to another human being!
Five years ago, my country was up in flames! Reason being that a president had been voted in (or whatever happened that they found their way there). Sad thing is, the people who were in power, rich and protected remained rich and protected!. My fellow kenyans, lost their property, their friends, and their homes. They suffered emotional and pysical abuse that has affected their lives directly or indirectly since then to date. It is sad when we have been friends and neighbours long enough in life that it was ok just pop in unannounced and have dinner, to being the same people who slaughtered each other to death because suddenly we had realised that we were from differrent tribes or had originated from differrent parts of the country. We only realised the differrence after the elections!. We owe it to ourselves to think and analyse the gains we get from these so called politicians.
